Just a week ago, I posted an Etch A Sketch drawing of Kelsey. Unfortunately, Kelsey was very old and did not make it to the New Year. She was a sweet little being, very large and in charge (metaphorically speaking), and was devoted to my sister, Susan, who adopted her nine years ago when Kelsey was just three or four.
Rest in peace, Kelsey.
Jesse, aka "Sausage", aka "Dust Bunny" was my muse and neighbor. She was a scruffy, affectionate fuzz ball and she passed away Christmas Eve, fourteen years to the day she was found on a doorstep. She was the beloved pet of my friends, Tia and Barbara.
