Happiness is Drawing a Warm Puppy

Lately, I've been taking an advanced design class at Mass Art in Boston and trying to learn INDesign as quickly as possible. I must admit, it's kicking my ass. The learning curve is steep and I'm so busy cramming my brain with new technical information that there's not a lot of room for drawing fun. I know that will change soon and I'll be designing brochures and posters with technical ease, but when Noelle Smith of Nauset Pet Sevices (formerly Nauset Kennels) called last week and asked me to design a new t-shirt, I was mighty glad to be drawing puppies again.
